1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Mingoal (“the Platform”), operated by Department Labs LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Club Organizer Responsibilities
Club organizers are responsible for the content, events, and conduct within their clubs. Organizers must ensure their clubs comply with all applicable laws and these Terms. Department Labs LLC is not responsible for the actions of club organizers or members.
5. Content & Conduct
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Department Labs LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
Organizer subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Transaction fees apply to paid memberships and ticket sales as described in our pricing. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Department Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
