What counts as a transaction fee?+
When you charge members for paid memberships, event tickets, or merch purchases, we take a small percentage of each transaction. Standard Stripe processing fees also apply.
Can I downgrade my plan?+
Yes, any time. If you go back to Free you'll keep your existing members, but some features (like paid memberships and merch) will pause.
Is there a contract or commitment?+
No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime, no penalties.
What payment methods do you accept?+
